TLILIC0005 – Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform (boom length 11 metres or more)
This training is delivered at our Training Facility in Geelong or Laverton. The course is designed to assist enrolled students in gaining the required skills and knowledge to obtain a High Risk Work license for the classification WP. Pre-Study of an EWP Learner Guide and completion of questions in an Activity Book questions is to be completed self paced prior to attending your first face to face session. The face to face training and assessment is conducted over two days.

Duration – 2 days
Pre-Study – On enrolment you will be supplied with a Learners Guide and Activity Book which MUST be fully completed prior to attending the course.
Day 1 – Revision and further explanation of the knowledge content studied prior to the course and a strong focus on practical driving training.
Day 2 – Brief revision of Knowledge and Practical followed by Assessment.
Assessment of this unit is done using a mandated assessment tool that consists of:
The assessment must be conducted in English without the use of an interpreter. The outcome of the assessment will be Competent or Not Yet Competent. If you are not yet competent your trainer will develop a revised training plan with you, and you will have an opportunity to re-sit the assessment.
